If you find yourself in East Tennessee you must eat at my favorite bbq restaurant. Ridgewood Barbecue in Bluff City, TN is amazing! It isn't easy to find but it is worth the effort! The barbecue beans are amazing, their barbecue sauce is so good, one order of french fries feeds two to four people and their barbecue is capital A Amazing! Oh, also the blue cheese appetizer bowl is to die for if you like blue cheese!
